Hello guyss, today I practice in the kitchen again. For today I and all of my friend will prepare for the buffet that mr Faizal told to us, so we will prepare it today. But that's not our only task for today, today we will prepare our sourdough, mini cake and our produk that will we sell tomorrow. Cause we not want to wasting time so we divide into 4 team as a section in the kitchen, I and my team get to prepare soup and appetizer. Beside that I also prepared my sourdough and Cake for tomorrow.
Because we will selling our product for tomorrow too, all of us will prepare for our product today and what we made today is sweat bread like hotdog bun. After all of our preapare for soup and appetizer is finish I help my friend to finish his preparation for her dish, so all of our preapare is finished quickly. After that we get a break for eat, and after we finish eat we GC our kitchen before we oneline and going home we get and refferal that we need to came into kitchen at 06.30 am tomorrow to finished our buffet for guest that come tomorrow.
