Assalamualaikum Wr.Wb.

Hello guys, see you again. Now I will tell to you what I did today in the kitchen. Today I and all of my friend will remake a sponge cake again like yesterday, cause yesterday we fail to make a perfect sponge cake. But today we will be arrange by Chef Salam to make a perfect sponge cake, he showed to us how to make a perfect sponge cake, he showed us step by step and explain to us about the reason why our sponge cake are dull yesterday, so we can know what our mistake yesterday. After he finished his sponge cake now is our turn to make it by ourself, I followed step by step what Chef Salam doing until I bake my cake, and after my cake is bake already I call Chef Salam to check it out and make sure that cake is good or not, and he said that my cake is good.

Now I and my team will prepare for our cake decoration, we will made a chocolate glaze and chocolate decoration for our cake garnish. But because the time is not enough to make chocolate decoration so we just made chocolate glaze for our cake and tomorrow we will make the chocolate decoration, after we doing so we clean up our place and after that we take a break.
