Daily Activity 16/08/2018 


Assalamualaikum Wr.Wb.
Today I and my team come to kitchen at 04.00 am, we prepare all that we prepare for our produc this day, we continue what we not finished yesterday, and after all of product is ready we place it at the cutting board and we bring it into meeting lobby and after that we set up and arrange it as beautifully as possible that can attract our lecturer. One of us is stand by in the lobby and the rest of us is ready to bring our refill if there something need to refill. 

After all of the lecture is finish eating we clear up all of our tool and bring it back into the kitchen, and after that we back to our practice, that is to make bread with our sour dough that we already made. After we finish to make the bread we proofing it for 45 minute and after that we bake it under 175 degree celcius for 1 hour or more until it color turn into dark brown. After that we take a breath and after that we GC.
