Assalamualikum Wr.Wb.
Today I and my team will prepare for breakfast in meeting lobby at campus Poltekpar Makassar tomorrow. I and my friend focused to make our product to served for our lecturer. So, I and my friend is share our duty who will make this and who made this so we not waste our time to much to make all of this product. In my team I will make apple pie and french bread. But when I prepare to make my product I still watch the step to make chocolate decoration so I still know how to make it.

First of all, I will make apple pie and then I continue with french bread after I finished made it. For apple pie I make sugar dough first and then after that I fill it with the filling and then I covered it with the sugar dough again and after that I bake it for 20-25 minute under 165 degree celcius, and after that I make french bread. 

For french bread I divide it into 4 dough, each dough is 350 gr. I knead it until it turn into log shape and after that I proofing it for 30 minute and after that  I scratch the surface with knife and then I brush it with water and give a splash of flour, this mean to make the bread is crunchy. After my french bread and apple pie is ready I help my friend indra to make our denish and salted puff pastry, and then after that we proofing it for 45 minute and after that we bake it together with my french bread under 175 degree celcius for 30 minute. For our cake and juice we give it to hana and opi to make it. But we have a problem, our toast bread that we made is not good to served because it fail, so we change it with bruchetta as mr Faizal said, we used french bread that we made to make it. Because this already to late, we will continue it  tomorrow at 04.00 am, we clean our place and things that we used before we left the kitchen, and after that we all going home and prepare our self for tomorrow.
